What Is Included in Chevy Engine Rebuild Kits?
We offer 3 levels of engine kits. Select what you need based on your project requirements.
- An engine remain kit is useful for restoring a high-mileage engine to factory specifications. Getting your local shop to thoroughly clean the block (including all passages), check the block for cracks, hone the cylinders, and machine deck (if needed) are highly recommended.
- An engine rebuild kit is useful when the block needs boring (oversize), and replacing cam bearings, freeze plugs, timing set, and oil pump are a good idea.
- An engine master rebuild kit adds cam & lifters.
